Thank you for your interest in donating to help us keep KOPJ on
the air.
Why should you give?
- KOPJ is a faith based ministry. We built this
station entirely with gifts from people like you. Over $150,000 in
gifts were received during the building and construction phase to get us
ready to broadcast. We have seen miracle after miracle of God's grace
and we believe that God wants this radio station to be here. Over and
over just when we needed the money it would come.
- Christians across North America gave this last year to help us get
started. We thank them for their generosity. Now it is up to us
here in Central Minnesota to keep the bills paid and God's good news of
Jesus' salvation beaming out.
- Our budget for this next year comes to over $75,000. We have to pay
for rental of the tower in Leader from which we broadcast. We have to
pay for the electricity to send out our 100,000 signal. We pay a
copyright and royalty fee for use of music on our station. One of the
things we do not have to pay for is Salaries. Our president,
vice-president, treasurer, and station manager all donate their time.
Our telephone receptionist is paid by the Fitness Center and they donate her
phone time to KOPJ.
- So we are using every dollar you send simply to get the message of God's
love out on the airwaves.
- When we turned on the station in October 2005 we began transmitting with
only a few hundred dollars in the bank. But each month our expenses
have been paid.
- Our dream is that we will be able not only to keep up with our expenses
here in Central Minnesota but also help others on the edge of our broadcast
area to build and operate translator stations.
- For those who have supported us so far, we want to say a big thank

501-3c charitable non-profit organization. All of your donations
(except the value of any premium you receive) is tax-deductible. If
